The procedure is very simple. You need to sign a form, which we can send to you for return to us. It won't cost you anything, and the tax office does not need to contact you. We will do the rest.

You do not need to be in employment. Any tax you pay on savings or pensions means that you quality as a tax-payer, so this is nearly everyone.
